Badlands National Park: Sunrise
Big Badlands Overlook has a boardwalk out the overlook from the parking lot, making it an easy and accessible walk for all. There is a lot of space on either side of the boardwalk to safely set up equipment without bothering other visitors to the park. Read more

After a restful weekend, Monday night was the first, and ended up being my only truly clear night sky with little to no cloud cover. Voyageurs National Park has is a certified Dark Sky location. There is a dedicated overlook point with no artificial light. Read more
